What the work is

We are a PR and brand-building agency in Gurugram working with founders and marketing leads across mobility, consumer, B2B SaaS, healthcare and real estate. A typical engagement is a funded company that needs to be known by the people who decide: journalists first, then buyers, then investors.

  • Founder-led storytelling. Putting the founder on record is usually the most effective thing available, and it is uncomfortable work.
  • Media relationships. Mapping who actually writes about a sector before pitching anyone, and knowing what each outlet wants.
  • Influencer and LinkedIn. Authority that compounds, built on a founder’s own voice rather than a brand account nobody follows.
  • Measurement. Coverage and brand recall that we can point at, not impressions we cannot defend.

How we work

  • You write

    PR is a writing discipline. If you can turn a messy client problem into a paragraph a journalist wants to read, the rest is craft.

  • You are curious about the client’s business, not just their comms

    The best angles come from understanding what a company actually does, not from repurposing a press release with the nouns swapped.

  • You can take a "no"

    Most PR is silence. Pitching well means being turned down often and staying pleasant about it.

  • You own outcomes, not tasks

    Coverage lands or it does not, and nobody is grading your activity log.

Hiring

We read everything that arrives and reply to anything we think could be worth a conversation, usually within a week. There is no keyword filter and no automated rejection. A short note and a piece of writing that you are proud of is the whole application.
