Cookie Policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026.

Short version

This site sets no cookies of its own. Analytics run only if you press Accept on the consent banner, and you can change that answer at any time. If you decline, nothing analytical loads.

What we store locally

When you answer the consent banner we save a single key called consent in your browser's local storage. Its value is either accepted or declined. It is a preference, not an identifier: it contains nothing about you, it never leaves your browser, and clearing your site data removes it.

Analytics, once you accept

If you accept, we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 from Google's servers (googletagmanager.com). Google Analytics then sets cookies named _ga and _ga_<container-id> to tell whether you have seen the site before, and to keep a visit from being counted twice. They expire after two years.

Analytics also receive the page you viewed, the page you came from, your approximate city-level location, your device and browser, and the fact that you submitted our enquiry form. We do not send names, email addresses or phone numbers to analytics.

Google's use of your data

Google acts as an independent controller for this data and uses it to operate and secure its own products. See Google's partner sites policy.

What we do not use

There is no advertising or remarketing tag on this site, no social pixel, no session recording and no cross-site tracking. We have not enabled Google Ads conversion import.

Changing your choice

Clearing your browser's site data for benedicct.com removes the consent key and brings the banner back. You can also contact us at anjali.sehwag@benedictpr.com and we will delete the analytics records we hold for you.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the EU GDPR where it applies, you may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
